Lara Harrington

Lara brings a creative, entrepreneurial, and community-centered perspective to the New Bedford Research and Robotics team. Trained in fine arts/3D, Lara’s background shapes her approach to problem-solving, systems thinking, and collaboration. She spent 14 years building and operating a successful Southcoast business, gaining deep experience in operations, development, and relationship-building. Deeply committed to the Greater New Bedford community, Lara is passionate about strengthening local institutions, expanding access to opportunity, and supporting innovative programs that connect education, creativity, and impact.
