New Bedford Research & Robotics Facility

NBRR’s headquarters, located in New Bedford’s “Innovation Avenue” at 1265 Purchase Street, is just off of the interstate and in close proximity to the city’s industrial corridor, its cultural and arts district, its working seaport and the train to Boston.

Our partners at Union Architecture Studio & Design have helped articulate the vision for NBRRs campus, and we will begin the first phase of our renovation in 2024. NBRR’s spaces include:
 

• double height industrial space with 5-ton overhead gantries
• digital prototyping industrial space
• incubator and coworking space
• offices/mixed use
