NBRR’s headquarters, located on New Bedford’s “Innovation Avenue” at 1265 Purchase Street, is just off the interstate and in close proximity to the city’s industrial corridor, its cultural and arts district, its working seaport and the train to Boston.
Our partners at Union Architecture Studio & Design have helped articulate the architectural vision for NBRR to deliver state-of the-art facilities, co-working and advanced prototyping spaces tailored to marine tech, AI/ML, advanced manufacturing and robotics. This positions NBRR to help you innovate, so together we can solve the problems of today and create the workforce of tomorrow.

Our renovated campus will be the premier venue for showcasing the innovation and collaboration happening on Massachusetts’ South Coast. The facility will be utilized for everything from industry research & development to incubating start-ups to supporting artists in residence and providing educational and workforce development programming. It’s where people will gather for pitch nights, community and networking events, and much more.
